Ich bin sehr beeindruckt von ersten Eindruck von ihren Mitarbeitern, wie Frau Maier, Frau Graser, Herr Koeler,die alle drei sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt mir einen guten Rat, dafür möchte ich mich bedanken. Sehr kompetente Beratung. Ich war auch sehr beeindruckt über den professionellen Umgang mit einem sehr schwierigen Kunden, der sich laut und unfreundlich verhielt. Der Mitarbeiter blieb die ganze Zeit ruhig und freundlich, so dass der schwierige Kunde leise wurde und zum Schluss sogar ein kleines, leises "Danke" vernehmen ließ.

Was soll ich sagen....war einfach super! 5 Sterne +. War heute das erste Mal da und habe Schmuck verkauft. Sehr freundliche und professionelle Abwicklung. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir sind nun seit über einem Jahr regelmäßige Kunden im Pfandleihhaus und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die unglaublich netten und hilfsbereiten Damen, die stets mit einem Lächeln zur Seite stehen und jede Frage geduldig beantworten. Die Atmosphäre ist immer freundlich und man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Was uns besonders gefällt, ist die Vielfalt und Abwechslung des Sortiments. Es gibt immer wieder tolle neue Schätze zu entdecken, und wir haben bereits das ein oder andere wunderschöne Schmuckstück mit nach Hause genommen. Die Preise sind wirklich fair und im Vergleich sehr gut, was das Einkaufen dort immer wieder zu einer Freude macht. Auch in schwierigen Zeiten kann man sich hier auf die Professionalität des Pfandleihhauses verlassen. Es ist beruhigend zu wissen, dass man problemlos etwas verleihen kann, wenn man kurzfristig finanzielle Engpässe überbrücken muss. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team!
