It is then left to rest for up to 72 hours, allowing it to develop its distinctive flavour. They use only the highest quality ingredients, such as San Marzano tomatoes and Fior di Latte, which are imported weekly from Naples/Campania. After resting for 72 hours, the pizza dough is baked for just 60 seconds in their 485° oven. They bake their pizzas in an Izzo Forni oven at 485 degrees, just as authentic Neapolitan pizza. They provide a private dining room and outdoor seating. ”

Alles mega lecker, gute Auswahl an Vorspeisen, Pizzen und Nachspeisen. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und überaus freundlich. Immer gerne wieder.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Super leckere Pizza, tolles Ambiente. Gerade die Dips sind auch sehr gut. Ich empfehle besonders den Raising Cane (Tomatendip) und die Naduja Mayo (ein wenig schärfer). Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich komme definitiv wieder

Tolle Location mit sehr leckerem italienischen Essen! Leider etwas laut, wenn es voll ist, aber das bringt eine so große Location eben mit sich. Dafür sind die Pizzen wirklich einmalig groß. Optional kann man sich dabei auch zwei Hälften unterschiedlich belegen lassen. Wir kommen immer sehr sehr gerne.

Tolles Restaurant, wir hatten eine tolle freundliche Bedienung und die Pizzen waren wie gewohnt großartig und sehr lecker. Dieses mal waren wir schlauer und haben uns eine Pizza geteilt, super das man die Möglichkeit hat.

Das Ambiente wirkt rustikal und gemütlich. Der Service ist hervorragend. Die Pizzen sind geschmacklich und auch preislich der Hammer. Sie sind so groß, dass sie mehrere cm über den Tellerrand ragen. Damit sie nicht den Tisch berühren, gibt es im Vorfeld eine Einmalunterlage. Habe meine Portion kaum geschafft und mir den Rest einpacken lassen.

Für alles 5 Sterne, wir waren super begeistert. Essen, Personal und Ambiente war einfach Top. Preise waren auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Kommen von außerhalb aber werden extra zum Essen dort nochmal hinfahren.

Total begeistert. Waren zu 5 t da. Das Essen super lecker und der Service der Hammer. Kommen gerne wieder. Weiter so. Es zeigt sich mal wieder, wer gut mit seinen Mitarbeitern ist, identifiziert sich mit seinem Job und das merkt man als Gast. Einfach nur Klasse.

Ich kann die Pizzeria sehr empfehlen. War das erste Mal vor 30 Jahren dort. Da hat alles gepasst, und es ist heute noch genauso. Super leckeres Essen, nettes Personal. Einfach mal ausprobieren.
