Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und engagiert, wobei sie sogar in Notfällen extra Zeit investierten, um sicherzustellen, dass meine Bedürfnisse erfüllt wurden. Obwohl es bedauerlich war, dass die Internetseite zum Zeitpunkt meines Besuchs aufgrund eines Hackerangriffs nicht verfügbar war, hat das Team die Situation professionell gehandhabt, welches für die hohe Kompetenz und Hingabe des Personals spricht. Die Qualität der gedruckten Plakate war herausragend. Ich bin dankbar für ihre Bemühungen und ihren Einsatz, um sicherzustellen, dass meine Erwartungen übertroffen wurden. Super freundlicher, toller Service. Ich musste umgehend wichtige Unterlagen drucken lassen. Axel, der Herr im Copyshop, war mega kundenorientiert und hat mir umgehend alles gedruckt, was ich brauchte, in sehr guter Qualität und mir die Unterlagen sogar noch gebracht. ( Hatte es bis Ladenschluss nicht in den Copyshop geschafft). Mega! Danke noch mal!!

Super toller Service und wirklich schnell. Habe meine Bachelorarbeit dort drucken und binden lassen und bin absolut zufrieden. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist top. P.S.: Der Laden könnte Mal wieder etwas aufgeräumt werden.

Ich habe meine Bachelorarbeit per Mail gesendet und schon nach 1,5h konnte ich sie abholen. Die Qualität ist top, sieht besser aus als auf dem PC Bildschirm und preislich ist es auch sehr gut. Was will man mehr? Absolut zu empfehlen!
