The spacious dining room features beautiful ceiling paintings, a more than 100-year-old oak floor, cosy wooden tables, and carefully restored historic furniture. From the wall panelling and lamps to the paintings and stucco ceilings, everything reflects the character of a traditional inn. This room is ideal for events with 35 to 40 guests. Fresh Hacker-Pschorr beer flows from six copper kettles, and high tables invite guests to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. Guests can enjoy pork knuckle, bratwurst, and other rustic German classics, along with beer, in a historic setting. Sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit kleinem Biergarten. Die Schnitzel sowie Cordon Bleu der Hammer. Mega Portionen! Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. Immer wieder gerne. Heute wieder hier gewesen. Service ist gut, die Portionen der Hammer! Immer wieder gerne Wie immer große Portionen und sehr Kommen wieder! Wieder sehr leckere Speisen zu uns genommen! Die Portionen riesig! Kommen natürlich wieder.

Es ist wirklich köstlich, das Beste auf meiner 10-tägigen Europareise! Der Kellner kannte nur die Erwähnung von pikantem Schnitzel und Krabbenpasta. Es ist wirklich köstlich und es gibt eine Menge davon.

Beste Schnitzelauswahl der Stadt, leider von Touris sehr beliebt mit sehr langen Wartezeiten auf einen Platz.

HAXNBAUER REVIEWS

Insgesamt sehr solide. Das Essen war sehr schnell da, was aufgrund der Spezialisierung auch nachvollziehbar ist. Das Fleisch ist perfekt zart, die Kruste war auch knusprig. Ein Punkt fiel mir aber auf. Ich glaube das Fleisch war leicht gepökelt als ob es mit Injektion gewürzt wäre (es war auch sehr gleichmäßig). Aber gut, sie verkaufen ja so viel da macht das eher Sinn. Ist halt in der Innenstadt auch auf Touristen ausgelegt. Preis war mit 23 € ohne Salat am oberen Ende. 4 Sterne beim Service. Nicht wegen der Bedienung, sondern das voreingestellte Trinkgeld ist einfach ein Unding. Die Amis kommen sicher damit zurecht. Ich gebe immer Trinkgeld. Aber wo so was gemacht wird fühle ich mich nicht wohl.

Perfektes Mittagessen – typisch bayerisch und richtig lecker! Etwas abseits vom ganz großen Trubel liegt der Haxnbauer – ein echter Geheimtipp für ein entspanntes Mittagessen in München. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich, und man sitzt wirklich schön. Der Service war top – besonders unsere Kellnerin war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zum Essen: Die Schweinshaxe war außen herrlich knusprig und innen super saftig – genau, wie sie sein soll. Die Kalbshaxe war butterzart und auf den Punkt gegart – ein echter Genuss! Dazu ein frisch gezapftes, gut gekühltes Bier – besser geht’s kaum. Wer gute bayerische Küche sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Als Münchner kann ich mit Fug und Recht behaupten: hier gibt es die beste Haxen in ganz München! Der Service ist hervorragend, das Ambiente ist sehr gelungen. Ich komme gerne wieder hierher.

Leckeres Essen. Wiener Schnitzel und Kartoffelsalat waren fantastisch. Kartoffelsuppe war auch sehr gut. Das Bier war kalt und fantastisch. Der Service war außergewöhnlich gut und freundlich. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Haben lecker gegessen und getrunken , trotz gut gefüllten Lokal, schnell und freundlich bedient. Bei unserer nächsten Reise nach München kommen wir gerne wieder in dieses Lokal .

Essen war hervorragend und das Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.
