“ Golfclub Essen-Heidhausen e. V. offers and supports budding young golfers. The golf course has engaged in team activities across all divisions with its members. They have over 1,000 members and welcome newcomers with beginner courses. Many different sports events are organised at the golf club. Golfclub Essen-Heidhausen e. V. offers social services for various issues. Online booking is available for your tee time. The golf course also has 10 hours of group golf training and includes a DGV test.

2026 Update: Golfclub Essen-Heidhausen e. V. is a non-profit association. Jochem Schumacher is the Club manager. The admission fees and membership fees are therefore limited by law. The 18 lanes of the course Hespertal with par 72 are rated with slope values for men from 138 and for women from 134. With 5,877 meters for men and 5,135 meters for women, a real challenge for players of all handicaps. The cosy clubhouse accommodates up to 120 guests and features excellent and friendly gastronomy. Golf instructors Phil McCaulley, Raffael Schöning, and Christof Schürmann use the latest high-quality equipment and teaching methods to provide top-level instruction for all players. ”

Wir hatten den Schnupperkurs am letzten Samstag gebucht. Wir sind absolute Golf-Newbies und leider ist der Funken übergesprungen! Unfassbar schöne Anlage, nette Menschen wohin das Auge reicht. Gute erste Erfahrungen vermittelt worden Seitens des Trainers! Wir werden unsere Platzreife definitiv hier absolvieren, ob es eine Clubmitgliedschaft wird bleibt noch abzuwarten! Vielen Dank für einen sehr gelungenen Samstagnachmittag.

Für mich im Ruhrgebiet der perfekte Golfclub. Dank 27 Loch Anlage so gut wie keine Wartezeiten und auch an Turniertagen immer spielbar. Dabei sehr anspruchsvoll durch Hügel und Hanglage. Und eine einmalige Gastronomie mit hervorragender Küche und sehr freundlichem Service.

Ein wunderschön gelegener, sehr gepflegter 27-Loch Golfplatz an der Grenze zwischen Essen und Velbert mit sehr freundlichen Mitgliedern und einer gepflegten Gastronomie. Sehr empfehlenswert, auch für Greenfee Spieler.

Golf kann ich nicht spielen. Ich habe dort für einen Kunden gefilmt. Dort herrscht eine sehr familiäre Athmosphäre. Der Platz ist sehr schön gelegen und wird gehegt und gepflegt. Wenn ich noch zum Golfspieler werde, dann hier! Daumen hoch.

Simply the best!!! Immer ein Kurzurlaub mitten im grünen Essener Süden an der Ruhr - wunderschöne Golfmomente vor traumhafter Kulisse mit kulinarischen Genüssen. Enjoy your quality time and relax.

Toller Golfplatz mit interessanten Layout. Auch der Zustand war für die Jahreszeit entsprechend solide. Insbesondere das Clubhaus war ein Hingucker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Morgens mal ganz früh aufstehen und der Golfclub gehört Dir.Rehe laufen Dir über den Weg, Fischreiher gucken Dir ins Gesicht und die Spur Deines Carts auf dem Fairway ist die erste. Besser kann ein Tag nicht beginnen. Der einzige Mensch der Dir begegnet ist unser lieber Hausmeister.

Eine der schönsten Golfanlagen im Großraum Düsseldorf mit sehr netten Mitgliedern und oder auch Gästen. Der Proshop hat eine hohe Beratungskompetenz und rundet das Bild für uns als Anfänger ab.
