Sehr sauberes Hotel, Angestellte sehr freundlich und kompetent. Tiefgarage mit 15 Euro akzeptabel. Frühstück war super, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Garten hin, es war so ruhig, das man vergisst, das man in einer Großstadt ist. Immer wieder gerne, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Tolles Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Besuch eines Konzertes war bequem zu erreichen, da das Ramada sehr zentral gelegen war. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war kompetent und freundlich. Bei einem weiteren Besuch in Essen weiß ich, wo ich übernachten werde.

Gutes Tagungshotel, zentral und gut erreichbar gelegen. Freundliches Personal, gute Ausstattung, sehr gute Verpflegung.

Das Hotel war super. Das Frühstück super lecker. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Internet sehr schnell.

Tolles Hotelzimmer gegenüber vom Bahnhof. Das Zimmer im Innenhof war sehr ruhig, bequemes Bett und großes Bad. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr bequem und ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Mir hat es so gut gefallen, so dass ich direkt ein paar Tage länger geblieben bin.

Wonderful place, clean, great location dead center, Christmas Market right outside the door. Rooms were modern and comfortable, not too small. Some more amenities and a complimentary coffee/tea option (at the bar or in the room) would be nice. Breakfast was simple but with all the right items and of good quality! The markup for the Christmas Market makes it a bit pricey, but given the excellent location that's okay. Other hotels in the area aren't any cheaper.

very much supportive hotel stuff!! I was ill the whole week, stayed in the hotel and they cared so much, always asking if everythings alright especially one of the ladies from the breakfast service and the bartender(thank you sooo much!).

In the heart of the city. The rooms are big and clean, the hotel is pretty and spacious, the breakfast is good. What else could one ask for?
