“ 2025 Update: Boberger Niederung is a 350-hectare protected area established in 1991, which includes the natural monuments Boberger Düne and Achtermoor. The trail is located in the Hamburg districts of Billwerder and Lohbrügge. The circular route is 5.8 kilometres long, and takes about 1 hour and 11 minutes to complete. The area contains four nature information trails: Dune Trail, Moorweg, Terrace Path, and Wiesenweg. Boberger Niederung is one of Hamburg’s most species-rich nature reserves, with wildlife such as beetles and lizards found in the dunes and heath. The route is accessible throughout the year. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a leash. ”

“ 2025 Update: Heidschnuckenweg Stage 1 is a hilly heath landscape with an established hiking trail. This 26.4-kilometre-long route is generally classified as complex and can mostly be completed in 6 hours and 35 minutes. This first stage of the certified Heidschnuckenweg trail runs across the Lüneburg Heath from southern Hamburg to Celle. This hike is quite challenging, but it also showcases a variety of beautiful natural landscapes along the way. The level paths along this route are easily manageable for families. The expansive vistas provide mental clarity and the opportunity to unwind. The highlights of the hikes are Fischbeker Heath, Temple Mount, Karlsstein, Quiet Forest Paths, Dangers Berg View, and Buchholz in the North Heath. In Buchholz, cafés and restaurants are available. The Forest Hut offers meals at standard prices. ”

“ 2025 Update: Fischbeker Heide is a 773-hectare nature conservation area that includes hiking and cycling trails. It is part of the Habitats Directive and is located southwest of Hamburg in the districts of Neugraben-Fischbek and Hausbruch. The area features heath and forest landscapes, including the Neugrabener Heide. This is a 6.8-kilometre-long circular route that is moderate, taking 1 hour and 44 minutes to complete. Fischbeker Heide contains Hamburg’s highest point, the Hasselbrück, with an elevation of 116 metres in the southern part of the area. The site includes archaeological features such as tombs and megalithic structures from the Neolithic, Bronze Age, and Iron Age. Parking is free and available at the nature experience centre and in various parking areas along the access roads. ”

Ein schönes Ausflugsziel mit unterschiedlicher Natur. Dünen, Heide, Wiesen und einem Segelflugplatz. Den See natürlich nicht zu vergessen. In der Nähe sind sehr schöne Cafés und die Wanderwege sind super schön. Auch mit dem Fahrrad fantastisch zu befahren.

Ein schöner Park mit See zum schwimmen und baden. Hier gibt es auch einen großen Segelflugplatz. Es gibt immer etwas zu sehen. Viele Wanderwege und schöne Radwege.

Die Boberger Dünen sind ein wunderbares Naherholungsgebiet. Für Naturliebhaber perfekt geeignet. Es gibt hier einen großen Rundweg, ungefähr 1 Stunde Fußweg.

HEIDSCHNUCKENWEG ETAPPE 1 REVIEWS

Wunderschöne Umgebung. Wir waren im August hier und sind mit 3 kleinen Kindern gewandert. Man hat viele verschiedenen Wege, kann flach oder mit etwas Steigung wandern oder einfach nur etwas schlendern. Bänke gibt es auch ab und an. Am besten bringt man Picknickdecke und ganz viel Zeit mit.

Ich war 2x auf dem Heidschnuckenweg. 1x im Herbst und 1x noch im Winter. Der Weg geht über mehrere Etappen und endet in Celle. Man sollte eventuell mit der Bahn anreisen oder sich zu Punkt 1 bringen lassen , wenn man alle Etappen gehen möchte. Die Fotos sind vom Herbst.

Guter Einstieg in die Heidelandschaft, die wir gerade noch rechtzeitig besucht haben (teilweise noch blühend) - viele Möglichkeiten zu gehen, teilweise ordentliche Steigungen, die nicht immer einfach zu gehen sind, aber meist gibt es machbare Alternativen.

FISCHBEKER HEIDE REVIEWS

Die Fischbeker Heide Neh zu tollen und interessanten Spaziergang ein, richtig toll ist es natürlich wenn man die Skifahrer mit den Schafen und Heidschnucken sieht. Die Fischbeker Heide Ist zum größten Teil Naturschutzgebiet und es Man muss dort natürlich sein Hund an der Leine führen, es gibt aber auch die Möglichkeit an einigen Stellen den Hund ohne Leine laufen zu lassen (Natürlich legal).

Tolle Heidelandschaft, hügelig. Immer einen Besuch wert, egal zu welcher Jahreszeit. Man kann dort stundenlang unterschiedliche Wanderwege laufen und immer wieder jahreszeitbedingt tolle Eindrücke von der Natur gewinnen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden wiederkommen.

Die Fischbeker Heide ist ein toller Ausflugtips für Familien mit Kindern, oder auch einfach für Paare zum spazieren gehen. Tolle Landschaft, einfache Wege und viel zu entdecken. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.
