Clean, comfortable and affordable hotel: If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and affordable hotel in Hamburg, I can recommend this one. Pre-book breakfast as well because the choice is amazing. It is near Hamburg central station: walking distance if your luggage has wheels. It is also near some of the art museums. We walked to the harbour area and got a good feel for the city. - Kate F

The check-in process is super easy with self check-in. We were able to check-in early which was very much appreciated.. Pleasant staff, clean rooms, safe access.

Clean rooms, 10/10 breakfast, super friendly staff and great location. I dont know more we can need from an hotel. Would stay again!

Super zentrale Lage. Wir fanden es gut dass es nicht inmitten der City liegt. So haben wir uns noch mehr bewegt und noch mehr gesehen. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und auch ausreichend vegane Alternativen dabei. Eine wunderschöne Bar in der obersten Etage mit tollen Cocktails und Longdrinks. Auch hier waren die Herren mehr als freundlich. Der Wellnessbereich ist überschaubar und in Ordnung. Die Aussicht ist da natürlich das Beste Wir fanden die Minibar-Handhabung super, haben jedoch die Snacks vermisst mit denen auf dem Internetauftritt geworben wird. Wir haben super geschlafen, in tollen bequemen Betten. Das Hotel ist modern und freundlich gestaltet. Die Parkgarage ist auch absolut in Ordnung für den Preis. Wir kommen gerne wieder und wünschen dem gesamten Team einen wunderbaren Start ins neue Jahr.

Wir waren für 6 Tage in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist höflich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Was wir toll fanden ist, dass es im zweiten Stock einen Entertainment-Bereich gibt, in dem man immer einen kleinen Snack zum Essen und Getränke, sogar Bier zum Trinken findet. Natürlich ohne Aufpreis. Zum Frühstück gibt es eine große Auswahl an Speisen und alles ist frisch. Das Hotel erfüllt für mich alle Ansprüche an Gastfreundschaft.

Sehr schönes Hotel, ein Frühstücksbuffet zum schlemmen und geräumige Zimmer. Die zentrale Lage geht mit verkehrsreichen Straßen einher von denen man dank der ausgezeichneten Schallschutzfenster nichts bemerkt. Der freundliche Service ist besonders hervorzuheben.

Lovely rooms, lively view, easy access, fantastic breakfast buffet, clean, friendly. Really just a perfect place to stay in Hamburg. There is a large train stain adjacent to the hotel. There is a beautiful park more or less on the hotel.

Excellent hotel, excellent location , very professional staff, great amenities and extremely comfy beds. Wonderful stay. It's close to the metro station and has a beautiful park just nearby and walking.
