The studio's Hot Yoga style consists of 26 static Hatha Yoga exercises and two breathing exercises performed in two sets at a room temperature of 36-40°C. Basia is the studio's experienced yoga instructor. She has practised Anusara yoga, Kundalini, power yoga, classic Hatha yoga, Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa. 108°F Hot Yoga Mannheim classes are based on the millennia-old tradition of Indian yogis. The studio has separate changing rooms for women and men, equipped with several showers, offering the necessary comfort.

2026 Update: 108°F Hot Yoga Mannheim has a hot room that covers 90 sqm and holds up to 30 participants. The room is provided for rental service. Yoga cushions, bolsters, blankets, belts, cork blocks, flipchart, singing bowls and candles, kettle, and Sonos music system are also available. ”

Ich wurde ganz schön zum Schwitzen gebracht! Wirklich das beste Hot Yoga Studio in dem ich je war! Klare Anweisungen, sehr professionell und gleichzeitig familiäre Atmosphäre, sehr nette Teilnehmer, total entspannend und bereichernd :-) Vielen vielen Dank, ich freue mich schon auf die nächsten Stunden.

Sehr gutes Yoga Studio. Das Team und besonders die Inhaberin sind sehr erfahrene Yoga Trainer-innen, ob Yin, Aerial oder HotYoga, alles prima. Besonders die persönliche Atmosphäre gefallen mir sehr, ich werde immer wieder hier zum praktizieren kommen.

Basia und ihr Team sind einfach nur toll. Ich habe bereits ein paar Yoga Studios ausprobiert und hier fühle ich mich total wohl und gut aufgehoben. Es ist ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis…man kann los lassen und vertrauen. Ich freue mich auf viele weitere Besuche .

Mein Lieblingsort für Yoga bei Nadine. Hier kann ich vom Alltag abschalten. Die Yogaübungen werden hier sehr gut erklärt. Nadine ist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch und ihre Fröhlichkeit ist ansteckend. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Mir und den Kids macht das Yoga hier sehr viel Spaß.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Wirklich schönes Yoga bei Nadine. Toller Unterrichtsstil, sehr erfahren, viel Knowhow, immer individuell und abgestimmt. Fühle mich sehr wohl im Kurs. Für mich das Yoga Studio in Mannheim. Die Yoga- und Achtsamkeitskurse von Nadine kann ich von Herzen sehr empfehlen.

Yoga bei Nadine hat mir sehr gefallen! Habe mich gut in dem Kurs aufgehoben gefühlt, auch dank ihrer positiven, wohlwolle den Ausstrahlung! Wenn ich wieder Yoga machen würde, dann bei ihr.

Das Flow ist so ein wunderbarer Ort um Liebe und Kraft zu tanken und die Akkus aufzuladen. Ann ist eine ganz liebenswerte und sympathische Frau, ich komme hier so gerne hin und gehe jedes Mal ganz glücklich und entspannt wieder nach Hause. Die Räumlichkeiten sind einladend und es ist für jedes Level und jeden Yogastil etwas tolles dabei.

Einfach wunderbar, ich mag die Atmosphäre sehr. Wenn ich in meiner Heimatstadt vorbeikomme besuche ich das flow. Schon seit Jahren immer wieder.

Toller Ort um Yoga zu praktizieren. Abwechslungsreiche Kurse mit verschiedenen Yoga Lehrern. Tolle Atmosphäre, nur zu empfehlen.
